THE PLAY.Lyrics by Tim Rice
Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber Dingbat Theatre Project is thrilled to present its re-imagining of the Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber classic, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. One of the most enduring shows of all time, Joseph is a retelling of the Biblical story of Joseph, his father Jacob, eleven brothers, and the coat of many colors. With a re-imagined setting of a Public Library’s drag queen story hour being halted by aggressive anti-drag protestors, Dingbat’s production of Joseph infuses this uplifting musical with themes of acceptance, identity, and queer joy. Featuring famous songs like “Any Dream Will Do,” “Go Go Joseph,” and “Close Every Door,” audiences will be on their feet celebrating alongside the performers in this immersive musical theatre experience. |
