Dingbat Theatre Project is excited to announce auditions for our Fall 2026 MainStage productions of Mean Girls, Lerner & Loewe's Camelot, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026
Those auditioning should prepare:
We are also seeking actor-musicians for our productions of Camelot and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, so if you have that skillset please show that off as well! We are specifically seeking guitar, violin, and bass, but also interested in folks comfortable on piano, woodwinds, and percussion.
NON-UNION: Non-union performers will be paid a $10-20/performance gas stipend to offset the cost of participating in a local production. Actor-Musicians will be paid $50-75/performance
AEA: Pending budget availability and AEA approval, we can offer 1-2 Special Engagement Agreement Category 2, Tier A contracts at $452/week per production

- TWO contrasting 32-bar cuts, one classic selection (Golden Age Broadway) and one contemporary/pop/rock/country selection. An accompanist will be provided
- ONE 32-bar cut and ONE one-minute comedic monologue. An accompanist will be provided
